I am passionate about joining people of all walks of life on their journey towards healing and freedom. I work with individuals, families, children, and couples who long for fuller life, freedom from past pain, and life-giving relationships. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches depending on each individual situation, including cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt play therapy, narrative therapy, reality therapy, existential therapy, and person-centered therapy.
I am married to an amazing, supportive wife, and together we have three wonderful daughters. During my spare time, I like to commune with nature, catch a movie, swim, and compete in adventure races. I do not let fear hold me back from anything; because after all, how can I help clients move past their demons if I haven’t? As my favorite quote says, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” (Maryanne Williamson)
