Meet Ryan:

I feel one of the strongest drives is our desire to feel connection. We want to connect with people we love, our family, our spirituality, our sense of self and purpose, or something we have yet to discover. In our attempts to connect, we may adopt methods that do not serve us in ways that align with our visions of our true selves. What I promise is a therapeutic relationship where we can work on discovering ways to allow you to live with a purpose which connects to who you are — coming from a place of compassion and non-judgment we will uncover the direction where you want to go, allowing you the grace to use your strengths to experience life fully. We all have unique experiences and I support this by providing an eclectic therapeutic approach to allow you to feel comfortable with the direction of our work in conjunction with your goals

I am in a caring, supportive relationship with my partner and we are raising two children together. I enjoy practicing what is spoken about in counseling sessions which is mindfulness and awareness of the present moment. I enjoy spending time surrounded in nature, exercising, and looking for new ways to grow. I have had the opportunity to live in different countries along with some of the largest cities in the Unites States which has allowed me to recognize that at our core, we are all seeking difference variations of the same principals; safety, connection, and peace.

I feel we are always changing. Allowing ourselves permission to grow provides us the opportunity to make choices where we want to go. I look forward to the chance of meeting you and assisting you on your path.
